Star Bridge is a Cinematic walking simulator which expands on my Unity Post processing and URP knowledge and also showcases my new understanding of Unity Timeline & Cinemachine. In this project I will demonstrate my skills in creating cutscenes and animations using the Unity Timeline feature.

In this tech demo players will be able to explore a upper and lower deck bridge of a spaceship and interact with various NPCs and interactable objects. Players will also be able to swap camera and have a outer view on the upper deck, along with piloting the ship when interacting with the main captains console.
While piloting, players will be able to watch a quick cutscene and also pilot the ship manually through warp gates.

For this game I decided to focus mostly on the cinematic aspect of the game, so the UI design was limited to the pause menu buttons and layout, along with the UI when piloting the spaceship.
Skills that was demonstrated in this project:

Created a Animated Main Menu which loops using several Cinemachine cameras and Unity Timeline

Designed the game logo and buttons/pause menu

Extended my practice with Unity URP

First person Player Input using "WASD"​

Spaceship Input using "WASD" along with "T" and "G" to increase and decrease ship speed.

Pause Menu which allows (game restart, game resume, and quit)

Cinemachine Virtual Cameras – Blend List, Point of View (POV) & 3rd Person Orbital Transposer cameras.

Unity Timeline (used to create cutscenes and string together different timeline tracks and audio together to create seamless animation)

Skybox (used to create the space theme backdrop)

Fading In and out Idle Animations (5 second timer)

Voice Acting with Audio Editing (echoes and reverbs)

3D spatial Audio (utilizing Unity Audio Source)
