A Playable Teaser
PD is a playable tech demo showcasing my knowledge of Unity's Rendering pipelines. This project allowed me to explore Unity's URP and also HDRP which the ladder was use to create this game. I also learn how to properly used Baked, Mixed and Realtime Lighting to enhance the lighting atmosphere.

Instead of just allowing the player to explore the environment, I decided to push the envelop further by creating a horror theme game that requires the player to explore an looping environment. Using reflection probes and various different light sources I was able to create a dynamic scene which changes according to how many loops the player has done.

Since this was mostly an cinematic game based on very little UI visuals, my skillset of UI/UX was limited to designing the PD logo and button for the main menu.
Skills that was demonstrated in this project:

-
Designed the logo and button
-
Used Audio Mixer to adjust playback, echoes and 3D audio/Audio Source to make the game more dynamic.

-
Player Input using "WASD"
-
Screen Space Reflections
-
Light Probes
-
Various Light Sources (spot, area, point and global lighting)
-
Texture Emissions
-
Volumetric Lighting
-
Fog
-
Particle System (used for dust and other object highlights)
-
Light Cookies (for the flash light)
-
Decals (used on custom blood splatters and text on the wall)
-
Baked, Mixed and Realtime lighting
